Ulexite
Ulexite (hydrous sodium calcium borate) is a white, silky mineral, and can be found in nature
along with other borate minerals. This mineral occurs in chemical sedimentary rock
environments. Significant amounts are located in California, USA, and in Chile. Ulexite is a
semi-rare mineral mined for its boron content.
