Dyer's Chamomile
Dyer's Chamomile Anthemis tinctoria is a European
species that has become established in waste places
elsewhere. It has divided leaves with toothed margins
and single yellow flowering heads on long stalks at the
tips of branches. The ray-florets have female flower
parts (pistils) and produce seed. The flower-heads were
once used to make a yellow dye.
