The wolverine is so aggressive and intimidating it is able to drive a bear away from its prey. Wolverines live in cold evergreen forests. Their young are born completely furred to protect them against the elements. Born in a snow drift or hollowed cavern, the 2 to 3 young born to a litter stay with the mother for 2 years.
