Curlew 2
Curlews are fairly large and have long, slender bills like other members of the family of
waders. The plumage is composed of varying shades of brown. Curlews can be found in Europe,
North America, Asia, Iceland, Scandinavia, Russia, Siberia, and Africa only as
migrants.
