Green Frog

Green Frog

This common aquatic frog can be found in many freshwater streams, ponds, marshes and lakes. Most common in the northeatern United States these amphibians are abundant and easily found. The green frog has greenish-brown skin and will reach lengths between 5 and 10 cm. If not seen the green frog can be recognized by its loud, twanging call. [BM] {EB}
