Sorry, No Picture! Clam shrimp are shrimp, However, they closely resemble clams as their entire bodies are enclosed within a protective carapace. The carapace is bivalved, meaning there are 2 shells hinged together like a clam. The total length of the clam shrimp may reach 10mm.
