Most of the individuals who work in the rich oil fields of Kuwait are mostly Arabs from outside of Kuwait. Because of this arrangement the citizens of Kuwait can survive on welfare, pay no taxes & enjoy many social services free of charge. Life, however, did not remain this ideal for the citizens of Kuwait. During the 1980's Kuwait joined Iraq in the Iran-Irag war. Kuwait was heavily bruised by the Iranians. [BM] {UA}
