Canada Moonseed Menispermum canadense is a woody climbing plant that has broad leaves with the base of the leaf blade not attached to the leaf stalk. Clusters of small white flowers hang downwards and later form round black fruits each containing a single seed. Moonseed grows in moist woods and beside streams. [CH] {GW}
