Elder
Elder Sambucus nigra is a shrub or small tree that
grows in Europe Asia and North Africa. The leaves are
divided into usually five or seven leaflets with toothed
margins. Creamy-white flowers grow in flat-topped
clusters and the fruits are bunches of black berries.
The berries can be made into elderberry wine.
