Mustard belongs to Order Capparales and many more of the 4,000 plants in
this order also produce mustard oils. Parts of the flower are in multiples
of two rather than five. Most have 2, 4, 6 or 8 petals. There are five
families and lots of familar vegetables are included in Order Capparales.
