HELP INDEX NEXT UP PREVIOUS FEEDBACK ATG Clams

Clams are commonly found in shallow waters where they use 2 special tubes called siphons to draw in and expel water. This flow of water through the siphons allows for respiration and feeding on food suspended in the rich, shallow waters. This photograph is a close-up of a siphon belonging to a giant clam. [BM] {EB}
