HELP INDEX NEXT UP PREVIOUS FEEDBACK ATG Parrotfish 2

At night the parrotfish hides in a hollow or covers itself in a bubble of mucus which is secreted from the skin. During daylight hours the parrotfish moves about slowly, returning to its night-time home when threatened. The parrotfish has an incredible sense of direction, guided by the sun. This photograph captures a queen parrotfish feeding of the hard corals. [BM] {FW}
