Snakehead
The snakehead fish has a long, cylindrical body with reptilian looking head. Growing no larger than
5 ft they are mottled grey, black and brown. Preferring the shallow, weed chocked, stagnant waters
of Africa and southern Asia, this fish is well camouflaged within its environment. The snakehead
must rise to the surface to breath air and is able to travel across land and bury itself in the mud when
the waters run dry. MORE!
