Skunk
The skunk is a potent contender. Having stink glands filled with a nauseating fluid which can be
aimed, with great accuracy some 12 ft away, the skunk has the power to make the bravest flee.
The most common species of skunk is called the striped skunk. Reaching approximately 30 inches
in length, this skunk is easily distinguished by the 2 white stripes which run diagonally along the
body. These white stripes are set against long, bushy black fur.MORE!
