Otter
Otters are master acrobats of the water circus. These playful mammals are able to roll and spiral,
swirl and glide. The otter has a long body, short limbs, and a thick tail which tapers to a point.
The head of the otter is quite flat and the ears are small. The water repellent fur of the otter is grey
and brown with pale parts on the throat and undersurface. The largest species of otter, the giant
Brazilian otter, measures 6 1/2 feet.MORE!
