HELP INDEX NEXT UP PREVIOUS FEEDBACK ATG Whistler

Sorry, No Picture! Whistlers are easily recognized by their beautiful whistling song. These birds range in size from 6 to 13 inches. They have large heads and small bodies. The plumage of the whistler is yellow, green, and black with white on the throat in some species. They prefer the safety of the forest underbrush, where they are protected and have a ready supply of insects to eat. The whistler is found on the islands of the South Pacific.
