Jean Piaget
Piaget, Jean (1896–1980), is best known for studying how intelligence develops in children.
He believed that all humans go through four stages in the way they learn and think.
These stages happen as the brain and the nervous system develop physically.
Piaget’s ideas about these stages are called his Theory of Cognitive Development.
