Granite is a common Igneous Rock that is rich with Feldspars or Orthoclase and Hematite. The ratio of these Minerals determines the colour of the rock. Feldspar-rich Granite is usually white or gray while Orthoclase-rich Granite is red or pink. Important Minerals found in Granite include Quartz and Feldspar visible to the naked eye.
