Sorry, No Picture! Hackers are outsiders who "break into" other computers. They try and get credit card numbers, teller machine pin numbers, and make long-distance phone calls by forcing the victim pay. Most hackers, howver, are interested in gaining access to large databases. Government and large corporations are the most likely targets for hackers. Large databases can have a lot of personal information like credit card numbers and such. Millions of dollars in losses occur yearly as a result. [JP] {CU}
