Vitamin A is found in green and yellow vegetables and fruits, dairy products, and fishliver oils.
The body converts carotene, which is found in carrots, into vitamin A. Vitamin A is important to
cell structure and to bone growth. Deficiency in vitamin A can result in night blindness. That's
why it's important to eat lots of vegetables.
