An Ester is an Organic Compound that is formed when an Alcohol reacts with an Acid.
Esters are found in Aspirin and Perfume.
Many Esters have a fruity odour.
The scent of Bananas or flowers are Esters.
Other Esters have no scent but are waxy.
Candles are also examples of Esters.
