Thenardite
Thenardite, also known as sodium sulphate, is a white mineral that dissolves in water. It is found
in chemical sedimentary rock environments, and usually occurs with borax and halite. This
common mineral can be found in various locations around the world, including Canada and the
western United States. Thenardite is used to make paper and glass.
