Cyanotrichite, or hydrated copper aluminum sulphate, is a brittle, sky-blue coloured mineral. Its crystals often occur as small tufts coming out of another rock. It develops in copper deposits and mines, such as those found in France and Scotland. This rare mineral has no commercial value. [LM] {CC}
