Actinolite
Actinolite (basic silicate of calcium, magnesium, and iron) is a bright to dark green mineral that
usually has elongated crystals. In nature, it mainly occurs in metamorphic rocks. This mineral can
be found in many places, including Italy and British Columbia, Canada. Jade is actinolite
chemically combined with tremolite.
