Witherite
Witherite is also called barium carbonate. It is a white or gray mineral, and is not very common.
When found in nature, it occurs with minerals including calcite and galena. This semi-rare
mineral can be located in deposits in England, in California, USA, and in Italy. Witherite is
mined for its barium content.
