Conichalcite
Conichalcite (basic arsenate of calcium and copper) may be coloured any shade of green. In
nature, it occurs with azurite and malachite, two other copper-bearing minerals. Conichalcite has
been found in copper mines located throughout the United States, Mexico, and Namibia. This
semi-rare mineral is of interest only to mineralogists.
