The Organization of Matter
If all matter is made up of a limited number of atoms, how do we explain all the types of things in the world?
The texture, colour and weight of a solid depends on how the atoms in the object are organized or stacked.
Very light materials, like aluminum, have large spacing between atoms.
Very dense materials like lead, have little room between atoms.
