Flowers
Angiosperms have flowers in a vast array of different
shapes sizes and colours and flowers are very efficient at
the sex game. A flower is made up of whorls of modified
leaves. The outermost whorl forms the sepals which
enclose the flower bud and are often green. Inside the
sepals is a whorl of petals which may be brightly
coloured to attract pollinating insects.
