Family Passifloraceae
Passion-flower is the name given to about 400 species
of the genus Passiflora. The majority are vine-like
plants climbing by means of tendrils. The leaves are
mostly lobed and arranged alternately on the stem and parts
of the flower are in fives. The fruits of some species
are used to flavour drinks.
