Trembling Aspen
Trembling Aspen Populus tremuloides is a common
tree in North American
forests and is favoured by the beaver as a source of
food. Its leaves are
rounded in shape with pointed tips and finely-toothed
margins and they tremble
in a breeze. One name given to this tree by North
American native people
means "noisy leaf".
