Water-dragon
Water-dragon, Lizard's-tail Saururus cernuus belongs to a family of
succulent plants which have jointed stems, and flowers with no petals or
sepals clustered on a long stalk. The flowering stem looks like a fuzzy
tail which in Water-dragon is white and bends over at the tip. This is a
plant with heart-shaped leaves that grows in shallow water and swamps in
eastern North America.
