Catnip
Catnip Nepeta cataria is a mint-like plant with toothed
leaves shaped like arrow-heads. It has white or purplish
flowers that are very attractive to bees and the aroma of
the leaves is irresistible to cats, who like to eat it and
they roll in it with great excitement. This species comes
from Eurasia and is widespread in other parts of the
world.
