Family Balsaminaceae
Most plants in the Touch-me-not Family (Balsaminaceae)
are tropical species. They have thin leaves and fragile
stems with a watery juice. The flowers are irregular in
shape and hang down from the stems. Some fruits pop when
ripe and scatter their seeds explosively.
