Cow Vetch
Cow vetch Vicia cracca has trailing stems with tendrils for
climbing. Its long leaves are divided into eight to twelve pairs of
leaflets and the flowering spikes have little violet-coloured pea-like
flowers all on one side of the stem. This is a common plant of fields and
roadsides that originated in Eurasia.
