HELP INDEX NEXT UP PREVIOUS FEEDBACK ATG Order Dilleniales

Deep red Peony There are two families in Order Dilleniales which include about 350 species. They are mostly woody plants that grow in tropical parts of the world. One non-woody plant, the Peony, in Family Paeoniaceae, is shown in this picture. Botanists argue about whether it should really be grouped with other members of Order Dilleniales. It is not always easy to decide where a particular plant belongs. [CH] {EN}
