Hedgehog Cactus
Hedgehog Cactus Echinocereus has fruits that taste like strawberries
so it also called Strawberry Cactus. It is a low- growing cactus with
fairly small stems but it can form clumps that are a metre or so across. It
has long sharp spines and beautiful large flowers that are mostly coloured
red or purple.
