Order Campanulales
One large family (Campanulaceae) and six small families make up the Order
Campanulales. Some are grown as garden flowers but there are few species
of economic importance to people. Most plants in this group have
leaves arranged alternately on the stems and they store carbohydrates in
the form of inulin.
