Order Aristolochiales has only one Family, the Birthwort Family (Aristolochiaceae). Plants in this Family are mostly woody climbing vines with a few shrubs and herbs as well. Most of them grow in tropical areas but Wild Ginger (shown in this picture) grows in North American woodlands. [CH] {EN}
