Leaves and flower clusters of Wild Sarsaparilla Wild Sarsaparilla Aralia nudicaulis is a woodland plant which is usually less than a metre tall. Three sub-divided leaves fan out from one stalk and flowers develop on a separate shorter stalk. The flowering stalk also branches into three with a head of whitish flowers on each branch.
