WILD GINSENG FRUITS Wild Ginseng Panax quinquefolius is a low-growing plant of rich woods. It has three leaves that divide at the end of a long leaf stalk into a fan of five leaflets with toothed margins. The flowers form a small round cluster on a slender stalk that grows out where a leaf joins the stem. The flowers are a pale yellow-green and the fruits are a cluster of bright red berries. [CH] {GW}
