HELP INDEX NEXT UP PREVIOUS FEEDBACK ATG Marginal Woodfern

Frond of Marginal Woodfern Marginal Woodfern Dryopteris marginalis has rather leathery fronds which remain green through the winter. Dead fronds are often seen hanging down from the base of this gracefully shaped fern. The arrangement of the fruit dots around the margins of the small subdivisions of each fertile frond gives this species its name. [CH] {FG}
