Cliffbrakes
The Cliffbrakes Pellaea) are small ferns that grow in rocky areas.
The purplish leaf stalks are dark-coloured and the fronds are quite stiff
and wiry. The ordinary fronds and the spore-bearing fronds are different in
shape and the fruitdots are formed under the margins of the fertile
leaflets.
