Tip of creeping stem of Bog Clubmoss Bog Clubmoss Lycopodium inundatum produces its spores in bushy cones looking like little furry tails on top of upright stems that are covered with tiny upward-pointing leaves. In the bushy cone each fertile leaf has a round yellow spore case near its base. The upright stems grow from creeping stems that spread over the swampy area where this clubmoss lives. [CH] {FG}
