Asexual Reproduction
There is also another form of reproduction in
Bryophytes which does not
involve eggs and sperm. Little bundles of cells called
gemmae, nestled in
small cups on the plant, may be splashed out by
raindrops and dispersed, to
grow directly into new plants.
