Fly Agaric
Remains of the universal veil can be seen as whitish patches
on the blood-red cap of Fly Agaric Amanita muscaria. Like
many of the Amanitas it is poisonous and can cause sweating and
delerium. An infusion was once used to stupefy houseflies
which gives this fungus its name.
