Death Cap Amanita phalloides is a deadly poisonous mushroom.
Like other Amanitas it can be recognised by the remains of the
universal veil at the base of the stalk and by a skirt-like ring
at the top of the stalk under the cap. This upper ring is the
remains of another veil which covers the gill surface of the
