Gray-banded Kingsnake
The attractive Gray-banded Kingsnake ranges in size from 61cm to 121cm. The skin is pattern with alternating
stripes of grey and black-bordered red or orange. The head and neck are distinct from the rest of the body and
the eyes are quite large. This shy, nocturnal snake feeds primarily on lizards. The gray-banded kingsnake
can be found in arid habitat of Texas and Mexico.
