Skink
Skinks have a characteristic lizard shape. They are long and slender and have reduced limbs if they are present at all. Many live their lives underground and share adaptations with other lizards such as the Worm lizard and Legless lizard who inhabit this subterranean world. This photograph captures a five-lined skink.
