Whalefish 2
This fish has a lateral line which is a highly sensitive tube within the body that senses the
slightest of vibrations. In this way the whalefish can detect its prey. Contrary to its name this is a
small fish reaching lengths no greater then 15 cm. There are 30 species of whalefish.
