Squirrel Monkey

This small monkey, known as the squirrel monkey, is only 10 inches in length, with a 16 inch tail. They are characterized by their short olive fur, white faces and large dark eyes. Like all South American monkeys, the nostrils face out sideways. However, the rest the face quite closely resembles that of a human. Squirrel monkeys live in large groups led by dominant females. These monkeys are found in both South and Central America. [BM] {FW}
